Luck Of The Irish - Berry71Bleu Challenge

Delighted to find out that I am still not late to submit a page that was inspired by a challenge over at Berry71bleu by Cathi. The theme is 'Luck Of The Irish' with this mood board:

and the rules are to use colour GREEN, word Luck or Lucky and doily/lace.

So here is my page:

Photo of my two Irish dancers after dancing at the St. Patrick's festival 2014 in a shopping centre.

I made my own background and used some scraps of Prima Hello Paste papers, some Prima flowers, resin and clip and some flowers by Petaloo, some of die cuts as well.

There is a close-up:

Hope you like my page and thank you so much for your visit and any comments.

Have a nice day.

Sisterly Love

Hello everyone.

I had a busy months again and was delighted to find out that I am not late to submit page I made earlier this months. The page was inspired by two of my favourite challenge blogs;

Firstly Unce Upon A Sketch   provided this sketch

and inspiration for the journalling from this quote:

Then Scrap Around The World gave this romantic inspiration board:

Everything on this board and the quote above associate me with a love, the dress, cherry blossom, cupcake the kind of love you feel for all dearest people in your life, children, siblings, parents...

So there is my page:

Journalling is on the pull-out tag behind the photo and says: "The love is the most important thing in your life. Give love and show respect to each other and you will always feel that your life is lived in full."

That was my inspiration....

For the page I created background using mists, stamps and modelling paste, prima stencil on the white cardstock. Used some Prima burlap ribbon, flowers (big pink flower and 2 yellow flowers), mechanicals and washi tape all by Prima. Papers are by Fancy Pants, alphabets by Pink Paislee  and red roses and whine are my own hand made embellishments, Dies are by Cherry Linn big doily, Sizzix small doily and Spellbinders  'create a rose' set.

One close-up:

This is all for today, thanks for your visit and any comments.
